  • Connect to and synchronize with your TMS and other authorized systems;
  • Display, analyze, and present shipment and document data in the platform;
  • Operate and improve the AI assistant that initiates communications with carriers and drivers;
  • Send notifications, alerts, and billing communications;
  • Provide customer support and investigate security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

You remain responsible for verifying operational, regulatory, and compliance information surfaced by the platform.

5. AI Assistant and Automated Processing

  • Automated Outreach: Our AI assistant may send automated messages via SMS, email, phone, or messaging platforms to carriers and drivers to request status updates and documents.
  • Disclosure: Interactions may be automated and processed by AI; responses may be summarized or transformed for presentation in the platform.
  • Consent Requirement: You must obtain any consents or authorizations required by law before providing contact information for third parties and permitting Freight Hero to contact them on your behalf.
  • No Sole Reliance: Automated processing is intended to assist operations; you must not rely solely on automated outputs for critical decisions without human verification.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share personal information with:

  • Your authorized TMS providers and integration partners;
  • Service providers who host, store, or process data on our behalf (cloud hosting, communications vendors, analytics providers);
